I've been searching for a particular mod that allows townies to spawn alien genetics and/or the elf face. They're likely separate mods. Is anyone familiar with these and know where I can find them? Thank you in advance to anyone who can help.

This picture was taken from an old legacy I started back in '08. I lost a lot of the CC I had back then but I'm looking for this outfit in particular, the green and brown tunic and jeans. I've searched a lot of my old haunts for it, but came up empty or the sites are dead. I just can't remember where it came from.
